Altair

Inside Altair
Altair sits on high ground next to Old Town, close enough to walk down for dinner and far enough above it to see the whole valley on the way home. The views are the first thing anyone mentions. The air is the second.
Three neighborhoods are selling now, Glenwood, Sky, and Waypoint, with ten model homes open between them. The plans are open where it matters and right-sized everywhere else, with indoor and outdoor rooms drawn for the way people actually spend an evening.
At the center is The Overlook, the community's private recreation club, built in a Spanish-inspired idiom around a resort-style pool. There are shaded cabanas, a fitness room that opens to the air, lounges, and rooms large enough to host a party in.
Outside, three parks, Vista Santa Rosa, Canopy, and Overlook, are stitched together by trails: open lawns, playgrounds, shaded seating, and a loop long enough for a morning run or a slow walk after dark.
